Prachar

Social media for your shop, in one place

Prachar is made for small businesses in India — bakeries, salons, boutiques, cafes. Tell it what you sell, and it helps you write the posts, put them on a calendar, publish them to your own accounts, and see how they did.

Free for the first 14 days. No card is asked for.

The calendar of a demo workspace, showing a month with posts already published earlier in the month and more scheduled for the days ahead.
A preview of one post as it will appear on Instagram, with its photograph, caption and hashtags.

Screens from a demo workspace.

What Prachar does

  • Everything you sell, in one list

Add your products and services with their prices and pictures. Every post Prachar writes comes from that list, so it talks about real things at real prices.

The catalog screen of a demo bakery workspace, listing nine products and services with their photographs, categories and prices.
  • The words, drafted for you

Prachar writes a caption and suggests hashtags for each post from your own catalog. You edit anything you like before it goes anywhere.

A post being edited in a demo workspace: the caption and hashtags on the right, and a preview of how the post will look on Instagram on the left.
  • A month you can see

Posts sit on a calendar, so you can tell at a glance where next week is thin. Add one at a time, or fill the weeks ahead in a single press.

  • Published at the time you set

At the moment you scheduled, Prachar publishes the post to the accounts you picked for it — and tells you if a platform refused it, rather than leaving you to find out later.

A scheduled post in a demo workspace, showing the two accounts it will go to and the time it is due.
  • One inbox for the replies

Comments, messages and reviews from the accounts you connected arrive in one place, and you answer them from there instead of opening four apps.

The inbox of a demo workspace, listing comments and messages from Instagram, Facebook and YouTube, four of them marked as waiting on a reply.
  • What actually worked

How each post did, in the figures the platforms themselves report, so next month is a decision rather than a guess.

The analytics screen of a demo workspace, counting what went out, what is still waiting, and which platforms the posts reached.

Where it publishes

You connect each account yourself, on that platform’s own screen. Prachar cannot reach an account you have not connected.

  • Instagram
  • Facebook Page
  • LinkedIn
  • YouTube
  • Google Business Profile
  • X

How it works

  1. Connect your accounts

Sign in to each platform on its own screen and grant Prachar permission. It takes a minute, and you can undo it whenever you like.

  2. Add what you sell

Your products and services, with prices and a picture or two. This is what the posts end up being about.

  3. Schedule and publish

Pick the day and the time each post goes out. Prachar takes it from there and tells you how it did.

What it costs

Billed monthly, in rupees. Every plan starts with a free trial, and you can stop during it.

  • Business

    For teams running at scale

    ₹1,999 per month

    • Unlimited accounts
    • Unlimited posts

Nothing is charged today. Payments are not connected yet, so starting a trial records the plan you want and nothing else. You will be asked before any money moves.

Your data

Prachar exists to publish things you wrote to accounts you own. Here is exactly what that means in terms of what it asks the platforms for.

Which accounts you can connect

Instagram, Facebook Page, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Business Profile, and X. You connect each one yourself from Settings → Social accounts, on that platform’s own consent screen. Prachar never connects an account for you, and it has no access to an account you have not connected.

What Prachar asks the platform for

  • Permission to publish the posts you create, at the time you scheduled them.
  • Permission to read how those posts performed, so the figures you are shown are the platform’s own rather than a guess.
  • Permission to read the comments, messages and reviews people send to that account, and to reply to them — which is what the inbox is. We do not read them for any other purpose.
  • The connected account’s own name, username and picture, so you can tell one of your accounts from another.

Nothing beyond that. Prachar does not read your personal feed or your friends, and your platform password never reaches us — access is a token the platform issues, held encrypted, never shown in the interface and never written to our logs.

What it will not do

  • It never posts without your instruction. Only a post you scheduled is published. A draft Prachar wrote for you sits on your calendar until you decide to schedule it.
  • It does not sell your data, or the data of the people who message your business, to anybody.
  • It does not use your content, or your customers’ messages, to train models.

Turning it off

  • Disconnect any account at any time from Settings → Social accounts. Publishing to it stops immediately, including posts already scheduled to it.
  • Delete your account and everything in it from Settings → Security. Deletion completes within 30 days.
  • You can also remove Prachar from the platform’s own settings, which cuts off access even if something on our side were to fail.
